聖週間の典礼について

聖週間の典礼の深まりに合わせ、私たちが教会とキリスト者としてのいのちの根源をもう一度確かめ、新たにする時としましょう。

四旬節の最後の日曜日は「受難の主日」あるいは「枝の主日」と呼ばれています。復活祭に先立つこの一週間は「聖週間」と呼ばれ、その中でも「主の晩餐の夕べのミサ」（聖木曜日-夕方-）、「主の受難の祭儀」（聖金曜日-夕方-）を経て、頂点である「復活の聖なる徹夜祭」（聖土曜-夜-）と「復活の主日」に至るこの三日間は、イエス様が私たちのために復活の命をもたらしてくださったことを感謝する最も大切な期間となります。

As the liturgy of Holy Week deepens, let us spend this time to reaffirm and renew the roots of our lives as one Church and also as individual Christians.

The last Sunday of Lent is called “Passion Sunday” or “Palm Sunday.” The week leading up to Easter is called “Holy Week.” These three days, starting from “The Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper (Maundy Thursday)” and the “The Passion of the Lord (Good Friday)”, and leading up to the culmination of the “Holy Vigil of Resurrection (Holy Saturday)” and “Resurrection Sunday (Easter Sunday)”, are the most important period for us to remember and give thanks for the resurrection life that Jesus brought for us.
